Waste Not Crew provides dignity-led, community-based support for people affected by hoarding and chronic disorganisation who cannot access commercial clearance services.


Our work prioritises safety, consent and environmental responsibility. We support people, not systems of shame or disposal.

Ongoing relational support

We work with people to reduce immediate safety risks in their living spaces. This includes improving access to exits, essential facilities and utilities without demanding total clearance or visual transformation.

We offer time-limited, relationship-based support to help people navigate decisions, reduce overwhelm and build sustainable change. This support can happen before, during and after any practical intervention.

When clearance is needed for safety, we provide funded support that is consent-led and paced appropriately. We prioritise reuse, repurposing and responsible recycling, with landfill as a last resort.

We actively work to reduce waste by keeping usable items in circulation wherever possible. Environmental care is built into how we work, not treated as an optional extra.

What we don’t do

Clarity protects everyone and will not solve one problem by creating another- for people or for the

• provide rapid or total property clearances

• force disposal or removal without consent

• prioritise appearance over safety

• use shame, pressure or threat as motivation

• act as an emergency or enforcement service

• measure success by speed or volume removed
