We support people affected by hoarding and chronic disorganisation who cannot afford commercial clearance services and who are often left without safe, appropriate alternatives.
Our work is grounded in dignity, access and environmental responsibility.
• are living with hoarding behaviours or chronic disorganisation
• are struggling with safety, access or overwhelm in their living space
• cannot afford paid-for clearance or decluttering services
• have been turned away because their situation is considered “too complex” or “too slow”
• want support that does not rely on shame, pressure or forced disposal
• trauma and loss
• disability or long-term health conditions
• neurodivergence
• poverty and housing insecurity
• isolation and lack of support
These are not personal failures. They are lived realities.
Our approach works with this complexity rather than trying to override it
We are starting locally in order to build strong, community-based support that is sustainable and responsive.
As capacity and funding allow, we aim to expand our reach. We will always be transparent about where we can and cannot offer support.
• people seeking rapid, full property clearances
• situations requiring immediate emergency intervention
• requests that rely on forced disposal or removal without consent
• properties outside our current operating areas
If we are not the right service, we will aim to signpost to appropriate, values-aligned alternatives where possible.
Reaching out does not commit you to anything.
Asking a question does not mean you’ve failed.
You can contact us to talk through your situation and what support might look like — at your pace.
